At Vinyl Wrapping, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchases. If your new look isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
